BODACIOUS BARBECUE IS BACK! AND AT A MORE CONVENIENT LOCATION!
The Best Meal on the Fair Grounds! Delicious "BODACIOUS" Bar-B-Que
brisket and sausage with all of the trimmings, iced
tea, soft drinks and beer. We will be serving this year at the Smirnoff Music Center
(formally Starplex) located outside the Fair Grounds (Pennsylvania and First Ave.)
south of the Science Planetarium and the Parade Tent. Rain or shine, there is
no better way to get ready for "The Game" and at the same time help OU!
The proceeds from the Bar-B-Que have always been earmarked for Scholarships and donations for "The Pride of Oklahoma" Marching Band. We have structured our prices to cover our overhead and then added on an additional $5.00 scholarship donation to each ticket to cover our "Pride Scholarships". We hope that we can count on our loyal fans to continue to support our efforts to help the Sooner's great marching band and at the same time enjoy the food and camaraderie at this great event. Caution: If you leave the Fair Grounds to go to the Bar-B-Que, you must be sure to have your hand stamped at the Fair Gate, or you will not be able to get back into the Fair without paying!".
